International Matching:

Producers and scriptwriters are matched to form international teams

Participants engage in a practical development process, focusing on best practices in IP adaptation and series development

Financial Support:

Each team will receive a €10,000 grant for their work during the lab

5-day Workshop​

  • Organized in Grand Est, France

  • Individual mentoring sessions with  expert mentors

  • Lectures and masterclasses

  • Networking opportunities among teams and industry professionals

  • Individual residency for each of the 5 teams, in 5 different countries

  • Hosted by audiovisual professionals from the Pop Up network

  • In-depth development with online mentoring sessions

  • Host-facilitated connections to local industry

Pitching Showcase

  • Organized at Karlovy Vary IFF during the industry days

  • Presenting 5 market-ready projects to broadcasters and potential co-production partners

  • Exclusive networking event with a curated list of attendees

 

Online Sessions

  • Sessions take place during the onboarding period, and for a period of 4 months after the pitching event

  • offer continued support to participants as they navigate the post-pitching phase

  • teams are guided in the final evaluation of their IPs adaptation in November 2025
